D3 Active Team - Soft Skills Toolkit

The Soft Tool Toolkit is a series of 2 hour master classes designed to help managers improve their soft skills. The workshops are proven through delivery over a number of years and are designed to be highly experiential. Our partner in this, Unlimited Potential, has had a number of years of delivering soft skill workshops to the private sector.

Although only 2 hours long, the workshops are designed to be highly interactive with maximum participation. The tools and skills can be taken back to the workplace and used immediately. These workshops are held at our venue Bronsil House and can be linked to a business meeting or an afternoon of outdoor activities that can embed the learning further and enhance the team performance.
