Ice sculptures are one of the most memorable mediums with which to create an impact. It is a tactile material to work with but strong and very beautiful as well. The workshop includes an instruction period so that the teams are fully briefed on techniques and safety and then they must get stuck into the task working in groups of 2-4 people per ice block. It is fast paced and a lot of fun and to add to the pressure there is a judging contest at the end of the session!
This workshop can be used as a conference break or as part of a bigger day that includes other activities as well. The activity can be themed and each team can be tasked to create a sculpture that is relevant to the business. The teams must communicate clearly with each other, delegate, be creative and find agreement amongst themselves to really achieve a successful outcome.
