Set in the estate grounds and around the lake, teams are challenged to create and build a variety of structures that will allow them to lay siege to Eastnor Castle!
Each team will work as a group to define their strategy and organise themselves in order to overcome the enemy and be the first to arrive on the Castle terraces.
The teams learn how to build bridges, construct catapults, siege ladders and rafts to achieve their objective. To get all the equipment that they need to complete their assault they must rise to the challenge and solve a number of larger than life sized puzzles and overcome some cunning enemy obstructions.
Amongst the fun and laughter of this team building activity the real benefit is to promote planned and calculated thinking, problem solving, leadership, creativity as well as open communication. Without developing these skills ongoing, the team will struggle to achieve their objective as a group.
Individuals will leave the day having learned a range of new skills and a greater understanding of themselves and their team mates.
